Buying
off plan is the smart way to purchase your dream property
in the sun. It gives you the ability to select the best plot within
the development and to add your own personal design ideas to the
property. All you have to do when you have found your ideal property
is to reserve it with a small deposit of £2,000. Investors
have been using this buying method for years.
The advantages of buying 'off plan'
Firstly- Reserving
a property at the earliest stage of the development will allow you
to secure the lowest price for the property. As with all new developments
prices increase significantly when all the properties are completed.
Property prices in Turkey went up by 50% last year on some developments,
and with increased demand for properties and with the expectation
of Turkey joining the European Union in 2007, buying off plan is
a smart way to reap the benefits.
Secondly- Buying
off plan enables you to pay for the property in stage payments,
thus spreading the costs over a specified time period initially
saving you thousands on mortgage repayments. If you are buying for
investment you can also sell your property before the final completion
date at the current market value. As you will be selling a brand
new home your premium will be most definitely be significant.
