(UK bankers draft, Visa/Delta, cheque or building society cheque)
will remove the property from the open market. Should you change
your mind on your return to the UK, the full amount paid is credited
to your account.

Sutton Kersh can advise on all necessary finances. Experienced mortgage
advisors will discuss costs involved and schemes available to you.
